Committee Structure
A management committee made up
predominantly of parents and carers is responsible
for the overall running of the group. The group is
managed on a day-to-day basis by the staff team.
Student Placements
(while under supervision) are responsible for
undertaking a wide range of opportunities within the
Pre-School setting, furthering their experience,
education and personal development in pre-school
childcare studies.
The Committee team consists of four
elected members;

Chairperson

Vice Chairperson

Treasurer

Secretary
They
meet at least 3 times a year, and are responsible
for making sure the pre-school complies with its
aims and is properly managed. Along with parents
and staff they constantly review policies and
procedures including health and safety, equal
opportunities, admissions and special needs
displaying them within the group.
